1、 The lid of the pot is made of aluminum alloy casting, and the inner surface is precision machined and polished. It can rotate horizontally clockwise by 70 ° along the vertical rotation axis, but do not use too much force to prevent damage to the pot wall. The cover has holes for adding resin, plasticizers, and stabilizers, which users can arrange according to their own needs. The center is a breathable hole. To prevent personal accidents caused by the rotation of the stirring blade when the lid is not properly covered, a safety limit switch is installed on the pot body. When the lid is not tightly covered, the switch will not be turned on and the motor will not start.

2、 The pot body is welded from stainless steel, and the inner surface is extremely smooth and hard, with characteristics such as wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and resistance to sticking. The outer surface of the pot has a heating jacket and a resistance heating ring. The temperature is directly transmitted to the pot body through the high ignition point mechanical oil in the heating jacket, so that the pot body is heated evenly. Adjusting the heating temperature can control the temperature of the materials in the pot. The jacket has an asbestos insulation layer on the outer surface.

3、 The guide plate is used to enhance the mixing effect, and its guide angle can be freely adjusted. There is a temperature measuring thermocouple installed inside the board, and the material temperature can be reflected and read on the indicator. It is also used to automatically control the automatic discharge of the discharge port.

The mixing blade of the mixer is driven by a motor through the skin, and the motor is an AC dual speed motor. As long as the start button is pressed, it can operate. The spindle is supported and operated by bearings 312 and 314. There are three stirring blades on the upper part of the main shaft, which rotate clockwise to make the material move along the pot wall while circulating up and down. Adding the function of a guide plate improves the mixing effect. Due to the high-speed movement of the material, there is significant frictional heat between particles and between the material and the propeller, which causes the material temperature to rise rapidly. This not only reduces the heating amount of the pot wall, but also facilitates the resin's absorption of plasticizers. The stirring blade is made of stainless steel and carefully machined to be wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.

4、 The discharge port is made of iron plate casting and equipped with a manual discharge door, which is reliable in compression, good in sealing, and flexible in opening and closing. The unloading method can be manually controlled to open and close the unloading door.

5、 The base is made of cast iron and has four lifting rings. Inside the base are the transmission belt and two pulleys. The belts can be replaced by opening the plates on both sides. There are four anchor bolt holes in the lower part of the seat.
