It relies on the grinding roller device suspended on the main engine's plum blossom frame to revolve around the vertical axis while rotating on its own. Due to the centrifugal force during rotation, the grinding roller swings outward and presses tightly against the grinding ring, causing the shovel to pick up the material and send it between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The rolling and crushing of the grinding roller achieve the purpose of crushing the material. Wind selection process: After the material is ground, the fan blows air into the main casing to blow up the powder, which is sorted by the analyzer placed above the grinding chamber. The fine and coarse materials fall back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while the fine materials that meet the specifications flow into the cyclone collector. After collection, they are discharged through the powder outlet to obtain the finished product. The airflow is returned to the fan through the return duct at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The air path is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume in the circulating air path is discharged through the exhaust pipe between the fan and the main engine, and enters the small cyclone collector for purification treatment.
