1. Please connect the power cord according to the voltage indicated on the nameplate (three-phase five wire);

2. This machine is installed independently and can be fixed with anchor bolts if necessary;

3. Check whether the rotating parts are flexible and whether there are foreign objects blocking the rotation of the main shaft in the material bucket. If there are, clean them up;

4. Pay special attention to the direction of motor operation when connecting the three-phase power supply;

5. After confirming the sealing of the inlet and outlet ports, the safety barrier must be reset before starting the machine.

6. The mechanical setting of the mixing time will automatically stop, and the jog function can be used to adjust the position of the butterfly valve outlet for material discharge.

7. After discharging, the butterfly valve outlet must be cleaned before closing for the next use.

1. Connect the power supply correctly, open the cover, and check if there are any foreign objects inside the machine room.

2. Check if the idle operation is normal and if the rotation of the mixing blades is correct. Only when the conditions are met can the material be put into production.

3. The drying function is easy to use. Turn the switch on the electrical dashboard to the drying mode, set the desired temperature on the temperature control meter, and when the set temperature is reached, the machine will stop running. Set the time meter to 5-30 minutes for the cycle start function to keep the raw material dry.

4. Mixing and color mixing function: Set the conversion switch of the electrical instrument to the mixing mode, and set the protection temperature of the raw material on the temperature gauge. When the raw material reaches its protection temperature within the mixing time, the machine stops running and needs to be restarted.

5. Stop function: When stopping during operation, switch to 'stop' or press the 'OFF' button.

6. Discharge: Pull the discharge baffle and press the 'jog' button
