1. Regularly check whether the voltage and current of the chiller are stable, and whether the sound of the compressor operation is normal. When the chiller is working normally, a voltage of 380V and a current within the range of 11A-15A are normal phenomena.

2. Regularly check whether there is any leakage of refrigerant in the chiller: refer to the parameters displayed on the high and low pressure gauges on the front panel of the main unit for judgment. According to temperature changes (winter, summer), the pressure display of the chiller also varies. When the chiller is working normally, the high pressure display is generally within the range of 11-17kg, and the low pressure display is within the range of 3-5kg, which is a normal phenomenon.

3. Check whether the hot water system of the chiller is normal, whether the cooling tower fan and sprinkler shaft are running well, and whether the water replenishment of the built-in water tank of the chiller is normal.

4. When the chiller is used for six months, it should be cleaned once a year. The main cleaning parts include the cooling tower, heat dissipation water pipes, and condenser to ensure better cooling effect.

5. When the chiller is not in use for a long time, the circuit switches such as the water pump, compressor, and main power supply of the cooling tower should be turned off in a timely manner.
