1. The plastic crusher and power unit should be installed firmly. If the plastic crusher needs to be fixed for long-term operation, it should be fixed on a cement foundation; If a plastic crusher is required for mobile operation, the unit should be installed on a machine base made of angle iron, and ensure that the power engine (diesel engine or electric motor) and the belt pulley groove of the plastic crusher are in the same rotation plane.

2. After the installation of the plastic crusher, it is necessary to check the fastening of all fasteners and tighten them if they are loose. At the same time, check whether the tightness of the belt is appropriate.

3. Before starting the plastic crusher, rotate the rotor by hand to check whether the teeth, hammer blades, and rotor operate flexibly and reliably, whether there is any collision in the crusher room, whether the rotation direction of the rotor is consistent with the direction indicated by the machine arrow, and whether the lubrication of the power machine and plastic crusher is good.

4. Do not replace the pulley casually, in order to prevent the crushing chamber from exploding due to too high a speed, or to reduce the efficiency of the crusher due to too low a speed.

5. After starting the plastic crusher, it should be kept idling for 2-3 minutes without any abnormal phenomena before feeding.

6. Pay attention to the operation of the plastic crusher at all times during work. Firstly, the feeding should be uniform to prevent blockage of the crushing chamber; Secondly, do not overwork for long periods of time. If vibration, noise, high temperature of bearings and machine body, or spraying of materials are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting before continuing to work.

2. Regularly check the screws of the knife. After using the new machine for 1 hour, use tools to tighten the screws of the moving and fixed knives, and strengthen the fixation between the blade and the knife holder.

3. Lubricating oil should be regularly added to the bearings to ensure lubrication between them.

4. To ensure the sharpness of the cutting edge, the knife should be checked regularly to ensure its sharpness and reduce unnecessary damage to other components caused by blunt or missing blades.

5. Before the second start-up, the remaining debris in the machine room should be cleared to reduce start-up resistance The inertia cover and pulley cover should be opened regularly to remove the ash outlet under the flange, as the powder discharged from the crusher chamber enters the shaft bearing.

6. When replacing the knife, the gap between the moving knife and the fixed knife should be 0.8mm for crushers above 20HP, and 0.5mm for crushers below 20HP The thinner the recycled material, the larger the gap can be adjusted appropriately.

7. Regularly check whether the belt is loose and tighten it in a timely manner.
