Processing method:

1. Clean the vacuum pump if the pump oil is contaminated, too little or too thin, and replace it with new vacuum pump oil; Extended pumping time due to too short pumping time; Clean or replace the exhaust filter if the exhaust filter is clogged; There is a leak. After evacuating, turn off the power and check for any leaks in the solenoid valve, pipe joints, vacuum pump suction valve, and sealing gasket around the working chamber.

2. Replace the vacuum pump coupling if it is worn or broken; The exhaust filter is clogged or installed incorrectly. Clean or replace the exhaust filter and install it correctly; Check if there is any air leakage in the solenoid valve and eliminate it.

3. Remove the vacuum tube from the pump nozzle when the O-ring of the suction valve falls off, remove the suction nozzle, take out the compression spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, re insert it into the groove, and then install it again; Replace the rotating plate if it is worn out.

4. Remove the oil return valve due to blockage and clean it (see instructions for details); After loosening the oil window and draining the oil, remove the oil window and wrap it with a tape or thin plastic film.

5. The exhaust filter is clogged or contaminated. Clean or replace the exhaust filter; Replace with new oil due to pump oil contamination; Oil return valve blockage cleaning oil return valve

6. Replace the heating strip if it burns out; The heating time relay is burnt out (both lights are on at the same time when the machine is turned on, and the OMRON light is yellow), replace the time relay; Replace the re wire if it burns out and install it firmly; Poor contact of the control heating temperature band switch, repair or replace; Repair or replace the AC contactor that controls heating without resetting (by blowing away foreign objects with airflow); Heating transformer is broken and needs to be replaced

7. Poor contact or burnout of the heating time relay, adjust the contact between the time relay and the socket or replace it; Control heating AC contactor not resetting, repair or replace

8. The heating time and temperature have not been properly adjusted to be appropriate; Gently scrape off any attachments on the heating cloth with your nails; The pressurized solenoid valve does not operate, and the solenoid valve needs to be cleaned or replaced; Replace the airbag if it is damaged; Repair or replacement of damaged pressurized trachea; The cooling time relay without air release is broken (inside the electrical box). Replace the time relay; Find and connect the circuit breaker of the air release valve; The release valve is stuck or burned out. Remove, clean or replace it

9. The pressure strip on the unheated side of the packaging bag is short circuited with the heating device (usually short circuited with the copper welding plate). Adjust the position of the copper welding plate, or repair the pressure strip on the packaging bag

10. The studio was not tightly sealed, so the studio was tightly sealed; Motor reversal (be careful not to change the ground wire, the color wire is the ground wire); Insurance disconnected (indicator light on), replace with the same specification insurance

11. No power supply, check for power supply; The travel switch is not activated to adjust the travel switch paddle; Insurance breakage (indicator light on), frequent burning of insurance with the same specifications, and finding and eliminating short circuits in the insurance; If the motor reverse time is too long, swap and install any two-phase power lines (except for the ground wire); If the oil viscosity is too high, clean the pump and replace the oil. Repair the short circuit on the paddles inside the fuse box.
