3. Regularly check the oil level of the vacuum pump and add oil regularly to maintain the oil level at 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil window position; The vacuum pump uses imported No. 30 car oil or vacuum No. 0 pump oil

4. When the oil inside the pump turns black or white, there are water droplets in the oil, or the viscosity increases, it indicates that the oil has been contaminated and should be replaced immediately. Under normal circumstances, the oil should be replaced every 1-2 months of continuous operation.

5. Models equipped with a water removal device should regularly drain water from the drainage pipe at the back of the equipment based on the moisture content of the packaged materials. After draining, the pipe plug should be placed. Generally, the moisture will automatically decompose and does not need to be discharged.

6. Before packaging, the selection of heat sealing temperature and time should be from low to high. Note: Do not adjust the thermal voltage and heat sealing time during the operation of the machine, so as to avoid burning the heating isolation cloth, glue board or silica gel strip. If the heating isolation cloth is damaged, it must be replaced in a timely manner.

7. If a malfunction is detected, press the emergency stop button to release the air from the working chamber and airbag, then lift it up to the working chamber, turn off the power, check the cause, and eliminate the fault.

8. When replacing the working chamber sealing gasket, simply pull down the upper cover sealing strip with force by hand, and then install the new working chamber sealing gasket in its original position to make it flat.

1. Regularly clean the surface, bottom plate, lower mold sliding plate, groove, upper mold pressure plate, and positioning rod of the machine (note: the power must be turned off and restored to room temperature).

2. Regularly add grease to the transmission parts such as the lower mold sliding plate, pressure rod bearing, eccentric wheel and guide column, and guide rail to ensure the performance of the machine.

3. Method for cleaning the toothed cutter: First, use cotton balls to plug the two drain holes of the lower mold, pour boiling water into the groove of the lower mold until it is full, then push the lower mold slide into place, press the upper mold down to the low point, let the toothed cutter soak for several minutes until it is clean, and repeat several times.
