Two roll rubber open mill

A) Roll: Alloy chilled cast iron roll with a surface hardness of 510-550 BHN. The bread roll undergoes mirror treatment and polishing, appropriate grinding, and hollowing for cooling or heating
B) Roller gap adjustment device: driven by a worm and worm gear clutch lever, used for parallel film pressing handwheel, closing NIP from only one point
C) Roll cooling: universal rotary joint with internal nozzle, equipped with hose and manifold. The piping has been completed until the supply of pipe terminals.
D) Neck bearing seat: heavy-duty cast steel bearing seat equipped with anti-wear roller bearings
E) Lubrication: Manual/electric grease lubrication pump, used for anti friction roller bearings installed in dust-proof sealed housings.
F) Bracket and apron (cap): heavy-duty steel castings.
G) Transmission: The helical gear reducer is directly coupled with the rear roller and motor
H) Underframe: A heavy-duty, precision machined steel crossbeam and MS board, on which a complete machine with a gearbox and motor is installed. No need for a solid foundation
I) Electrical Control Panel: Star Triangle Electrical Operation Panel, equipped with automatic commutation, voltmeter, ampere meter, overload protection relay, three-phase indicator, and emergency stop switch.
