1. When installing the mold temperature machine, be careful not to damage the unit and arrange the space around the mold temperature machine reasonably to facilitate maintenance and upkeep.
2. According to the piping system design and construction installation standards of *, design and install the cooling water system reasonably to fully utilize the performance of the mold temperature machine.
3. The unit should be placed horizontally and installed in a ventilated position to prevent overheating caused by friction.
(1) The cooling water outlet must be equipped with high-temperature resistant rubber hoses or cotton yarn hoses, and PVC rubber hoses and low-temperature hoses should not be used together to prevent softening, loosening or cracking due to the discharge of hot water!
(2) The throat pipe connecting the mold temperature machine to the mold must be made of high-temperature resistant throat pipe or Teflon pipe with a temperature resistance of 150 ℃ or above. The oil pipe connection should be locked and checked again after starting up to prevent loosening.
4. When the water source and surrounding environment are harsh, a Y-shaped filter must be installed in the cooling water circuit and cleaned regularly to ensure the normal operation of the mold temperature machine cooling system

It is strictly prohibited to add other hydraulic oil into the oil temperature machine, and thermal medium oil must be used.
3. The oil temperature machine should use Teflon pipes and should not use other water pipes.
Before connecting the oil temperature machine, the water inside the mold and piping must be blown clean.
When adding hot oil, it is necessary to confirm that the liquid level is within the upper and lower limits of the oil level gauge. If it is too low, an alarm will be triggered, and if it is too high, it will not be able to start, and the heat medium oil will flow out, causing danger and waste.
