1. Daily cleaning and cleaning
1) Cleaning of dust on the surface of the mold: After wiping with a clean cloth, touch the surface of the mold with your hand. If you do not feel any dust, it is qualified.
2) Cleaning of mold guide sleeve and guide column: Use a cloth to wipe off the accumulated oil blocks in the guide sleeve, guide column, and guide block areas, and then apply a small amount of oil for lubrication
3) Cleaning of punching area: Use a hammer to remove all the waste inside the hole, as well as the waste adhered to the sliding plate and the debris from cutting at the cutting edge.
4) Molds with coatings must have their stretched surfaces cleaned, and the smoothness of the surface must be confirmed by hand. The first material used during production must be wiped clean with a cloth, and after production, a small amount of oil must be applied to the mold.
