The fully automatic shrink packaging machine is an automatic packaging equipment that combines pneumatic components and mechanical devices, controlled by PLC and other peripheral circuits. The executing component of this device is a cylinder. It is controlled by a two position five way solenoid valve to move forward and backward. The working position of the cylinder is detected by magnetic switches and proximity switches and fed back to the PLC. The PLC sends control commands to the corresponding solenoid valves of the cylinder through the program, thereby controlling the action of the cylinder.

Steps:
1. Connect the power supply and turn the power selection switch as needed to turn on the power indicator light. The power selection switch points to vacuum for vacuum sealing and points to vacuum inflation for vacuum inflation sealing.
2. Place the plastic bag containing the items inside the vacuum chamber, with the bag opening neatly placed on the heat seal (if used for inflatable packaging, at least one nozzle should be inserted into the bag opening).
3. Press down the hood, and the vacuum indicator light on the panel will light up. The vacuum pump starts to pump air, and the machine cover is automatically sucked in. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. When adjusting, the amplitude should be small depending on the scale from low to high.
4. Bag the products that require vacuum packaging, then place the open end on the sealing strip and keep the bag straight. If it is a small bag packaging, multiple bags can be packed side by side at the same time.
5. When the pumping reaches the set time (i.e. the required vacuum degree), the pumping ends, the pumping indicator light goes out, and the inflation indicator light lights up to indicate the start of inflation. The inflation knob can adjust the inflation time (i.e. the amount of inflation), using the same method as above. If inflation is not required, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program will automatically enter the vacuum packaging, and the inflation indicator light will turn off.
6. When the exhaust or inflation is completed, the indicator light will turn off and the heat sealing indicator light will turn on, indicating the start of the sealing process. The panel is equipped with heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knobs to adapt to different thicknesses of materials. When adjusting the time and temperature, the rotation amplitude should be small to prevent the heat sealing temperature from suddenly increasing and burning out the heat sealing accessories.
Precautions for Industrial Compression Pillow Sealing Machine
1. After shutdown, the measuring part should be cleaned in a timely manner, and the feeding tray and turntable should be cleaned every shift to prevent corrosion.
2. For the heat sealer body, it should be cleaned regularly to ensure clear texture of the seal.
3. The photoelectric tracking head, also known as the electric eye, should be cleaned regularly to ensure small errors in cursor tracking.
4. The scattered materials on the material tray need to be cleaned up in a timely manner to keep the parts clean.
5. Regularly clean the dust inside the electrical control box to prevent malfunctions such as poor contact.
