1、 Introduction to IMD heavy-duty magnetic pump
The MD series heavy-duty magnetic pump retains the traditional design concept of corrosion-resistant magnetic pumps, optimizes parts, has strong magnetic eddy currents, and higher efficiency. It also adopts a unique rear pull structure, making it easy for a single person to disassemble and maintain the pump equipment.
The 55kw high-power model has obtained technical registration from relevant departments, and the IMD series magnetic pump is widely used in industries such as alkali, chemical foil, acid washing, desulfurization, papermaking, metallurgy, biotechnology, and steel. It can transport strong corrosive acids, alkalis, salts, organic solvents and other media. It can operate stably for a long time at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 150 ℃.

3、 Advantages of IMD heavy-duty magnetic pump
1. Adopting a two-stage compression molding method for lining and high-temperature annealing process, this process can fully release the internal stress of the lining plastic and avoid cracking. At the same time, the plastic lining adheres more tightly to the metal surface, and even when working in high temperature environments, the plastic lining layer remains firm and stable.
2. The magnetic rotor inside the magnetic pump utilizes domestically leading computer-controlled magnetization technology, which is divided into strong and weak magnetic types according to magnetism. The configuration of weak magnetic rotors has certain price advantages and is suitable for low flow, low power conditions or conditions with low technical requirements.
3. Each fluoroplastic magnetic pump has undergone dynamic balance testing and calibration of its internal and external magnets to ensure accurate precision of the magnetic pump equipment.
4. Like the inner magnet, the outer magnet of the fluoroplastic magnetic pump is divided into weak magnetic ferrite and high-grade strong magnetic neodymium iron boron. Magnetic pumps equipped with ferrite magnets have certain price advantages and are suitable for working conditions with low technical requirements.
5. Configure PEEK (polyetheretherketone) reinforcement sleeve. Although PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) reinforcement sleeve has high mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, and chemical resistance, PEEK (polyetheretherketone) reinforcement sleeve is obviously superior.
6. For the grinding parts of fluoroplastic magnetic pumps, there are various material configurations to adapt to different working conditions.
4、 Scope of use of IMD heavy-duty magnetic pump
This product is widely used in industries such as petrochemicals, acid and alkali production, non-ferrous metal smelting, food, papermaking, electroplating, foil forming, acid washing processes in automobile manufacturing, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, pharmaceuticals, and radio. The applicable temperature is around -20 ° C-110 ° C.
5、 Maintenance and upkeep of IMD heavy-duty magnetic pump
1. Check if there is any looseness in the magnetic pump pipeline and joints. Rotate the magnetic pump by hand to see if it is flexible.
2. Add bearing lubricating oil into the bearing body, and observe that the oil level is at the centerline of the oil gauge. The lubricating oil should be replaced or replenished in a timely manner.
3. Unscrew the water inlet plug of the magnetic pump body and inject water (or slurry).
4. Close the gate valve, outlet pressure gauge, and inlet vacuum gauge of the water outlet pipeline.
5. Tap the motor and try to see if the motor direction is correct.
