1、 Introduction to CQBFA Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump
The CQB-FA series fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump belongs to the long bracket type magnetic pump, which is corrosion-resistant and leak free. The pump and motor are fixed on a common base, with good stability and lower operating noise and vibration.
The structure is designed as a long bracket type. When repairing or replacing parts, the core components can be directly extracted from the back without disassembling the pipelines and base, saving time, maintenance, and costs, greatly facilitating customers. This pump is a chemical process pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and uses permanent magnets to achieve non-contact indirect transmission.
2、 Characteristics of CQBFA Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump
The pump chamber of CQBFA fluoroplastic magnetic pump is completely enclosed, and the impeller is indirectly driven by a magnetic coupling without a shaft seal, achieving the requirements of zero leakage and no pollution.
3、 Application of CQBFA Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump
CQBFA fluoroplastic magnetic pump is widely used in industries such as chemical, acid, dye, pharmaceutical, alkali, smelting, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, acid washing, rare earth, pesticide, radio, chemical foil, scientific research institutions, and national industry to transport acidic, alkaline, oily, rare and valuable liquid toxic liquids, volatile chemical media of any concentration. Especially for the transportation of liquids that are prone to leakage, flammable, and explosive.
4、 Selection of CQBFA Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump
1. Adopting a two-stage compression molding method for lining and high-temperature annealing process, this process can fully release the internal stress of the lining plastic and avoid cracking. At the same time, the plastic lining adheres more tightly to the metal surface, and even when working in high temperature environments, the plastic lining layer remains firm and stable.
2. The magnetic rotor inside the magnetic pump uses domestic computer-controlled magnetization technology, which is divided into strong and weak magnetic types according to magnetism. The configuration of weak magnetic rotors has certain price advantages and is suitable for low flow, low power conditions or conditions with low technical requirements.
3. Each fluoroplastic magnetic pump has undergone dynamic balance testing and calibration of its internal and external magnets to ensure accurate precision of the magnetic pump equipment.
5、 CQBFA Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump Safety Precautions
1. Magnetic pumps have a strong magnetic field, and it is necessary to prevent the strong attraction of magnetic components from causing harm to the body (such as pinching fingers).
2. Prohibited air transportation: Air transportation can cause the bearings to heat up and expand, leading to shaft jamming and pump damage. When the pump is running in the closed state of the inlet valve, it is also considered as idle running.
3. Preventing static electricity damage: When transporting liquids with low conductivity, such as ultra pure water or fluorine-containing inert liquids, static electricity will be generated in the pump, which can cause discharge and damage to the pump. Measures should be taken to prevent static electricity generation, divert static electricity, or take other measures.
4. Pump maintenance personnel should have professional knowledge and operational experience.
5. Magnetic pumps made of specific materials can only be used for specific working conditions, otherwise, the normal performance and lifespan of the pump cannot be guaranteed, and accidents may even occur.
6. Ventilation requirements on site: When transporting media that are prone to volatile toxic gases, safety measures must be taken, such as installing ventilation equipment, to prevent liquid leakage in case of sudden accidents.
7. Preventing liquid leakage: Preventive measures must be taken for liquid leakage caused by emergencies or pipeline damage to avoid direct liquid flow into the ground.
8. Select electromagnetic switches based on the specifications of the motor, such as rated voltage and rated power.
9. If the pump is outdoors, protective measures must be taken for the electrical circuit to prevent water from entering the switch.
10. Electromagnetic switches and button switches should be installed safely and kept away from the pump.
