1、 Introduction to CQBFT Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump

CQB fluoroplastic magnetic pump is a new type of pump that applies modern magnetic mechanics principles and utilizes the magnetic transmission of permanent magnets to achieve contactless torque transmission.
In fact, when the motor drives the outer rotor (i.e. outer magnetic steel) assembly to rotate, the magnetic field lines pass through the isolation sleeve and drive the inner rotor (i.e. inner magnetic steel) assembly and impeller to rotate synchronously through the action of the magnetic field. The overcurrent components are all made of fluoroplastics, which can transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, oxidants, etc. of any concentration (strength).
Due to the medium being enclosed in a stationary isolation sleeve, the purpose of leak free pumping of the medium is achieved, completely solving the shaft seal leakage of mechanical transmission pumps.

Cancelled the shaft seal and used magnetic coupling to indirectly drive, completely eliminating the trouble of dripping and never polluting the usage site. And because the overcurrent part of the pump is made of "fluoroplastic alloy", it can continuously transport corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and strong oxidants of any concentration without damage.


3、 Advantages of CQBFT Fluoroplastic Magnetic Pump

1. The pump shaft has changed from a dynamic seal to a closed static seal, completely avoiding medium leakage.
2. No need for independent lubrication and cooling water, reducing energy consumption.
3. From coupling transmission to synchronous drag, there is no contact or friction. Low power consumption, high efficiency, and damping effect reduce the impact of motor vibration on the pump and the effect of pump cavitation vibration on the motor.
4. When overloaded, the inner and outer magnetic rotors slip relative to each other, providing protection for the motor and pump.

4、 Scope of use of CQBFT fluoroplastic magnetic pump

1. Pressure resistance limit: The pressure resistance limit is 0.6MPa, and it should be noted that the output pressure of the pump cannot exceed the pressure resistance limit.
2. The influence of liquid temperature:
(1) Temperature range for use: -20 ° C ^ 100 ° C.
(2) Environmental temperature variation range: 0 ° C to 40 ° C.
(3) Range of environmental humidity variation: 35 ^ 85% RH.
3. Magnetic pumps are prohibited from transporting liquids containing particles and crystals.
4. The influence of liquid viscosity on pump performance: When the viscosity of the liquid changes, the performance of the pump also changes.

5、 Precautions for using CQBFT fluoroplastic magnetic pump

1. Prevent particles from entering
(1) No ferromagnetic impurities or particles are allowed to enter the magnetic actuator and bearing friction pair.
(2) After conveying media that are prone to crystallization or precipitation, it is necessary to rinse them in a timely manner. After stopping the pump, pour clean water into the pump chamber and discharge it after running for 1 minute to ensure the service life of the sliding bearing.
(3) When conveying media containing solid particles, filtration should be carried out at the inlet of the pump flow tube.
2. Prevent demagnetization
(1) The magnetic torque cannot be designed to be too small.
(2) It should operate under the specified temperature conditions, and it is strictly prohibited for the medium temperature to exceed the standard. Platinum resistance temperature sensors can be installed on the outer surface of the magnetic pump isolation sleeve to detect the temperature rise in the annular gap area, in order to alarm or shut down when the temperature exceeds the limit.
3. Prevent dry friction
(1) Strictly prohibit idling.
(2) It is strictly prohibited to evacuate the medium.
(3) When the outlet valve is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump should not exceed 2 minutes to prevent the magnetic actuator from overheating and failure.
