Introduction to 304 stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump:
The 304 stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump does not require the installation of a bottom valve, does not require water injection, and can suction pollutants, sediments, waste ore impurities, feces treatment, and all engineering sewage and gelatinous liquids containing large solid particles with a diameter of 60% of the outlet diameter and a fiber length of 1.5 times the impeller diameter. It completely reduces the labor intensity of human labor, and is easy to install and use with minimal maintenance.
Installation instructions for 304 stainless steel chemical centrifugal pump:
1. During installation, the weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump, and there should be separate supporting bodies to avoid deformation that affects operational performance and lifespan.
2. The pump and motor are integrated structures, so there is no need to align them during installation, making it very convenient. The foundation bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on pump performance during start-up.
3. Before installing the water pump, carefully inspect the pump passage for any hard objects (such as stones, iron particles, etc.) that may affect the operation of the pump, in order to prevent damage to the impeller and pump body during operation.
4. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, a regulating valve is installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of the pump, and a pressure gauge is installed near the pump outlet to ensure that it operates within the rated head and flow range, ensuring the normal operation of the pump and increasing its service life.
5. Pumps used in suction applications should be equipped with bottom valves, and the inlet pipeline should not have too many bends, and there should be no water or air leakage; The discharge pipeline, such as a check valve, should be installed outside the gate valve.
6. After installation, if the pump shaft is moved, there should be friction or jamming of the impeller. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled to check the cause. The installation methods of pumps are divided into rigid connection and flexible connection installation.
Requirements for the use of 304 stainless steel chemical centrifugal pumps:
1. Reasonably determine the installation elevation of centrifugal pumps:When determining the installation elevation of a centrifugal pump, the installation elevation should be calculated correctly according to the calculation formula for the installation elevation of the centrifugal pump.
2. Well designed inlet pool:The water flow in the inlet pool should be smooth and uniform, without generating vortices or biases, otherwise the cavitation performance of the centrifugal pump will deteriorate. Therefore, the shape and size of the inlet pool should meet the requirements of smooth and uniform water flow. In addition, it is necessary to promptly remove the dirt and silt from the inlet pool to ensure smooth water flow and uniform flow, and to ensure that the inlet horn has sufficient submergence depth on a daily basis.
3. Choose a reasonable inlet pipeline:The inlet pipeline should be as short as possible, reducing unnecessary pipeline accessories, and appropriately increasing the pipe diameter to reduce the head loss of the inlet pipeline. In order to achieve uniform water flow velocity and pressure distribution at the inlet of the centrifugal pump, for horizontal centrifugal pumps, the length of the horizontal straight section of the inlet pipeline before the centrifugal pump inlet cannot be too short, usually not less than 4-5 times the diameter of the inlet pipeline.
4. Try to operate the centrifugal pump near the design working conditions as much as possible:In the operation of centrifugal pumps, appropriate adjustment measures can be taken according to the specific situation of the pump station to regulate the operating conditions of the centrifugal pump, in order to prevent the pump operating conditions from deviating far from the design conditions. For centrifugal pumps, the flow rate can be appropriately reduced to shift the operating point to the left; For axial flow pumps, move the operating point to the area with smaller values (NPsH).
