1. The heat shrink packaging machine, like the winding machine, consumes a lot of power, so the input power must be greater than the nominal power on the shrink machine, otherwise it is easy to burn out the circuit or electrical components.
2. Like a packaging machine, the machine must be reliably grounded to protect personal safety.
3. Each machine is equipped with a power cable when it leaves the factory, and the end lead part has the identification symbol of the power supply. It must be connected correctly, and unauthorized operation may result in electric shock.
4. When the machine specifies a three-phase 380V power supply, the neutral wire must be input at the same time, which is similar to other packaging equipment in the standard three-phase four wire system, such as vacuum packaging machines. Otherwise, the machine cannot function properly and is prone to burning out internal electrical components.
5. The machine must be installed horizontally, otherwise it will shorten the service life of the electric heating tube. For machines with conveyor belts, their inclined installation will cause the conveyor belt to deviate from the center.
6. When the machine is used continuously for more than three months, the temperature resistant wires in the contraction chamber should be inspected and replaced according to their degree of aging.
7. When the machine is working, the operator's palms and other parts are not allowed to come into contact with the operating parts of the machine, especially the temperature inside the contraction chamber, which can easily cause burns.
8. After the packaging work is completed, the heating switch should be turned off first, and the conveyor motor and fan motor should continue to run for about 10 minutes before cutting off the entire power supply.

1. Before operation, it is necessary to be familiar with the adjustment and usage methods.
2. The vacuum packaging machine should be operated at a temperature of -10 ℃ to 60 ℃ and a relative humidity of no more than 85%; Working in an environment without corrosive gases, powders, or explosive hazardous materials in the surrounding air.
3. Regularly check the oil level of the vacuum pump and add oil regularly to maintain the oil level at 1/2 to 3/4 of the oil window position; The vacuum pump uses imported No. 30 car oil or vacuum No. 0 pump oil
4. When the oil inside the pump turns black or white, there are water droplets in the oil, or the viscosity increases, it indicates that the oil has been contaminated and should be replaced immediately. Under normal circumstances, the oil should be replaced every 1-2 months of continuous operation.
5. Models equipped with a water removal device should regularly drain water from the drainage pipe at the back of the equipment based on the moisture content of the packaged materials. After draining, the pipe plug should be placed. Generally, the moisture will automatically decompose and does not need to be discharged.
6. Before packaging, the selection of heat sealing temperature and time should be from low to high. Note: Do not adjust the thermal voltage and heat sealing time during the operation of the machine, so as to avoid burning the heating isolation cloth, glue board or silica gel strip. If the heating isolation cloth is damaged, it must be replaced in a timely manner.
7. If a malfunction is detected, press the emergency stop button to release the air from the working chamber and airbag, then lift it up to the working chamber, turn off the power, check the cause, and eliminate the fault.
8. When replacing the working chamber sealing gasket, simply pull down the upper cover sealing strip with force by hand, and then install the new working chamber sealing gasket in its original position to make it flat.
