The fully automatic plow blade mixing equipment is used for mixing materials such as powders, particles, blocks, viscous substances, colloids, etc. in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, building materials, plastics, etc.
Operation of fully automatic plow blade mixing equipmentNotes:
(-) Inspection items before operation
1. Thoroughly inspect the connecting components of the equipment and ensure that they are tightened without any looseness.
2. Whether each operating component is flexible, whether the mixer is securely installed, and whether the main shaft rotates lightly.
3. The V-belt should be evenly tightened, and the bolts on the motor base plate should be tightened without any looseness.
4. The mixing container and the inner cavity of the bucket body should be cleaned and free of dirt.
5. Check whether the rotation direction of the motor is consistent with the direction indicated by the symbol
(2) Precautions during operation
1. The motor should run smoothly without any abnormal sound, and the temperature rise should be checked regularly to ensure it is normal.
2. Check if the main shaft bearings, V-belt pulleys, and other rotating parts are operating normally. If there is any abnormal noise or vibration, stop the vehicle immediately for inspection. For damaged parts, replace and repair them immediately.
3. When changing the color of the material machine, the mixing container and discharge hopper must be cleaned thoroughly.
4. The feeding of equipment shall not exceed the high loading factor. When the equipment is running, if plasticizers are added, they should be added slowly and should not be suddenly poured into the machine body, causing local material agglomeration and sudden increase in load, which can damage the equipment
Fully automatic plow blade mixing equipmentMaintenance:
1. After the first 10 hours of operation of the equipment, a comprehensive inspection should be conducted, and all connecting parts should be tightened once.
2. After the first 10 hours of operation of the equipment, the tension of the V-belt should be checked. When adjusting the tension screw, the V-belt should be evenly tightened. Then, the locking bolt of the motor seat plate should be tightened to prevent loosening.
3. All parts of the equipment must be kept clean, especially the inner walls of the mixing container and the discharge holes for material exchange. If the equipment is not in use for a long time, the inner walls and discharge parts should be coated with rust proof grease.
4. The equipment needs to be regularly inspected and maintained. When vulnerable parts are damaged, they must be repaired and replaced in a timely manner.
5. Electrical equipment should be regularly inspected, especially heaters, and any damage should be replaced promptly.
