DDSJ50 storage type hollow forming machine

The extruder adopts a new type of barrel slotted forced feeding (IKV) structure. Melt conveying is almost unaffected by back pressure and low melt temperature, resulting in high yield and good plasticization quality.
The screw adopts a special dispersed mixing and distributed mixing structure, which has good plasticizing quality.
The main components such as screws and barrels are made of advanced nitride steel 38CoMoAlA, which has been quenched, tempered, nitrided, and polished to have extremely high wear resistance, ensuring the long-term service life of the extruder. The depth of the nitride layer is ≥ 0.5mm, and the nitride hardness is ≥ HV900.
The gearbox adopts a domestically produced high-performance specialized gearbox, and the back pressure bearing adopts a high thrust bearing. Ensure reliability and extruder speed stability.
The drive motor adopts servo motor, which has high torque, smooth operation, stability and reliability.

The molding machine adopts a three pull rod structure. Servo control of mold opening and closing speed. Smooth and fast operation, with strong locking force. No malfunction. The template uses a slotted mold installation method.
All welded parts of the forming machine undergo aging stress relief to ensure the service life and reliability of the welded parts.
The molding machine can be moved in and out for easy disassembly and assembly of molds.

The electrical system is controlled by Omron PLC from Japan. Sensor amplification board and servo amplification board, 64 point axial wall thickness control, fully automatic control of servo oil pump pressure, flow rate, and overall machine action. The program is finely designed and can be used continuously for a long time without any malfunctions.
The touch screen displays rich content. Set the full screen display of curves, actual curves, operating parameters, fault alarms, etc.
