DDSJ350X6 Avenue Blow Molding Machine, used for producing multi-layer automotive fuel tanks, version 1.0
The DDSJ650X6C six layer car fuel tank blow molding machine, version 1.0 of Dadao, was designed and produced by Dadao Company and delivered in December 2013. Over the years, the customer has purchased equipment from Dadao and put it into production in its branches across the country. So far, the client's dealings with Da Dao Company have not only been limited to business, but also to a close relationship as a strategic partner.
The DDSJ350X6C blow molding machine consists of 6 extruders, a six layer co extrusion head, a 100 point billet wall thickness control system, a mold closing mechanism, an inflation mechanism, a mechanical arm for taking out products, an electrical control system, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic system, a cooling system, an automatic feeding system, a crushing and recycling system, and a safety protection system. The six layers refer to the inner and outer layers of HWM-HDPE, recycled material layer, two-layer bonding layer, and EVOH barrier layer. Each layer is composed in a specific proportion according to the requirements of the fuel tank.

2-Extruder (1-7 pieces)
The extruder is driven by servo motor control, which has fast speed regulation, stability, and energy saving; Key components are treated with 38CrMoAL nitriding
The extruder adopts a new type of barrel slotted forced feeding (IKV) structure. Melt conveying is almost unaffected by back pressure and low melt temperature, with high output and minimal fluctuations, and good plasticizing quality.
3-mode (1-7 layers)
The heating system of the mold head adopts an electromagnetic induction heater, with an energy-saving rate of over 50%.
The mold head channel adopts the most advanced spiral channel form and is optimized and analyzed using Flow2000 software, with no weld marks and uniform distribution of billet quality.

5- Electrical Control System
Fully servo motor control, machine control network, using etherCAT bus.
Adopting Omron multifunctional PLC for action control, the main low-voltage electrical components are made of original parts from Schneider in France and Omron in Japan.
Chinese English bilingual touchscreen operation console with visual parameter setting, modification, adjustment, monitoring, and memory storage functions.
6-Hydraulic system
Hydraulic servo drive, servo valve adopts products from MOOG company in the United States, energy-saving, low noise, and low oil temperature.
The main valve types (action valves, flow valves, directional valves) and pump types are original parts from well-known brands (such as Eaton, Daikin, etc.).
7- Fault diagnosis system
A comprehensive fault diagnosis system with detection and alarm prompts for quick troubleshooting.
8- Safety protection system
Strict safety interlock protection function is used to protect equipment and ensure the personal safety of operators
9-Remote Diagnostic System
The device has remote diagnostic function and can provide strong remote technical support and services.
