DDSJ1000 Avenue fully automatic blow molding machine is used for producing single-layer 1000lL IBC ton drums
The complete IBC ton packaging drum consists of the following parts: injection molded top cover and sealing ring, top metal pull rod, welded metal outer frame, blow molded HDPE plastic inner liner (usually using raw material grades such as Daelim 4570UV from South Korea, Sinopec 1158, TR-571 from Qatar, etc.), identification plate, DN50 ball valve or butterfly valve as discharge valve, safety cover plate and safety corner guard, stamped and welded four-way fork bottom support for easy loading, unloading, and stacking.
The standard size of IBC ton drums produced by DDSJ1000 blow molding machine is length, width, and height=1000x1200x1000mm, with a weight of 15 kilograms per drum.

2-Extruder (1-7 pieces)
The extruder is driven by servo motor control, which has fast speed regulation, stability, and energy saving; Key components are treated with 38CrMoAL nitriding
The extruder adopts a new type of barrel slotted forced feeding (IKV) structure. Melt conveying is almost unaffected by back pressure and low melt temperature, with high output and minimal fluctuations, and good plasticizing quality.
3-mode (1-7 layers)
The heating system of the mold head adopts an electromagnetic induction heater, with an energy-saving rate of over 50%.
The mold head channel adopts the most advanced spiral channel form and is optimized and analyzed using Flow2000 software, with no weld marks and uniform distribution of billet quality.
4-type billet wall thickness control system
100 point billet thickness control
5- Electrical Control System
Fully servo motor control, machine control network, using etherCAT bus.
Adopting Omron multifunctional PLC for action control, the main low-voltage electrical components are made of original parts from Schneider in France and Omron in Japan.
Chinese English bilingual touchscreen operation console with visual parameter setting, modification, adjustment, monitoring, and memory storage functions.
6-Hydraulic system
Hydraulic servo drive, servo valve adopts products from MOOG company in the United States, energy-saving, low noise, and low oil temperature.
The main valve types (action valves, flow valves, directional valves) and pump types are original parts from well-known brands (such as Eaton, Daikin, etc.).
7- Fault diagnosis system
A comprehensive fault diagnosis system with detection and alarm prompts for quick troubleshooting.
8- Safety protection system
Strict safety interlock protection function is used to protect equipment and ensure the personal safety of operators
9-Remote Diagnostic System
The device has remote diagnostic function and can provide strong remote technical support and services.
