The site for installing the unit must be a floor, installation mat, or foundation with a levelness of 6. Within 4mm and able to withstand the operating weight of the unit.
During installation, please check if the machine is damaged and choose a suitable location for installation and future maintenance.
3.chiller/The unit should be placed in a room temperature of 4.4-43.3 ℃, with sufficient space around and above the unit for daily maintenance work.
To reduce noise and vibration, install vibration isolators on the pipeline.
5. Choose the appropriate pipe diameter for the cooling system and cold water system during high-power operation of the unit, and connect them correctly.
For ordinary applications, the water flow velocity through the evaporator and condenser is allowed to be between 1.0-3.6m/s.
7. Under any load conditions, the water flow rate should remain stable.
At one end of the unit, there should be space for cleaning the condenser tube bundle, and door openings or other suitable openings can also be used.
9. The pipeline should be independent ofchiller/The sturdy support of the group prevents stress from being applied to the components of the chiller unit. The installation of hangers should facilitate the alignment of pipelines.
10. The design and installation of all chilled water and cooling water pipelines should be carried out according to conventional methods, and the chilled water pump should be located on the inlet pipe of the unit to ensure positive pressure and flow inside the unit. Vibration reduction pipes should be installed during piping to ensure appropriate elasticity, and to prevent the water in the evaporator from being discharged when the water pump stops.
11. In order to use it economically and effectivelychiller/Group, it is recommended to ask a water treatment expert to analyze the water quality of the evaporator and condenser supply. Poor water quality can cause scale buildup, affect heat transfer, or produce corrosion and sedimentation, breed organic matter, affect the performance of the unit, and increase operation and maintenance costs.
After the leak test is completed, all connecting ports must undergo rust prevention treatment.
Generally speaking, proper water treatment and regular cleaning of the tube bundle can maintain its good performance. If the existing water quality conditions cannot be improved by appropriate methods, then it is necessary to consider allowing the tube bundle to have a large fouling coefficient or specialized structural materials.
14. Please install a filter at the inlet of the water pipe and clean it regularly.
For the convenience of daily maintenance work, users can adopt some (or all) of the following measures:
a) Pressure gauges and shut-off valves with plugs can be installed on the inlet and outlet pipelines of cooling water and chilled water, as close as possible to the chiller unit; b) Hanging rails and crossbeams can be installed above the equipment for easy maintenance.

1. Power disconnection, low voltage, phase loss, instability.
2. Check if the phase sequence protector is burnt out and if the protective device has not been reset after being activated.
3. Improper adjustment of the thermostat causes the contacts to remain open.
4. The cooling water is not turned on, and the interlock circuit is disconnected.
5. The fuse is burnt out.
Exclusion method:
1. Check if the circuit fault is normal according to the unit, and work again after the power test is normal.
2. Replace the phase sequence protector. Press the shutdown button once before restarting.
3. Adjust the temperature control setting again.
4. Turn on the cooling water system and connect the interlock circuit.
5. Replace the fuse.
