As a result, the vibration of the shaft is minimal, greatly reducing the leakage of the mechanical seal; The shaft can withstand significant impact loads; The bearing is completely immersed in the oil bath of the oil chamber, providing the best lubrication and cooling. Even under heavy load working conditions where the pump occasionally shatters harder objects, it still has a long lifespan.
5. Both the pump side and the motor side are equipped with mechanical seals to achieve reliable dual submersible shaft seal protection for the motor. The oil in the oil chamber provides sufficient lubrication and cooling for the mechanical seal. The pump side mechanical seal area has a structure for shredding and driving away debris, which prevents debris from accumulating or depositing in the mechanical seal chamber, thereby avoiding its impact on the normal operation of the mechanical seal.
6. The scraping groove set between all the overcurrent rotating parts and fixed parts can scrape off the thin and tough debris squeezed between them, avoiding an increase in pump power or blockage.
