Application and Scope of 2X Vacuum Pump

The 2X vacuum pump is a two-stage structure, consisting of a high-pressure stage and a low-pressure stage. Its suction port is connected to a vacuum container or vacuum equipment, and during operation, a large amount of gas inside the container is sucked in and discharged. When the equipment obtains vacuum, the high-pressure stage exhaust valve plate will be closed, and the gas sucked in by the high-pressure stage will be transferred to the second stage and sucked in and discharged through the second stage, so that the vacuum equipment can obtain a certain vacuum. The technical parameters of this pump are 6 × 10-2pa. Depending on the user's usage, a vacuum booster pump can be equipped. This pump can be used as the front stage pump. Due to the enhanced pumping force of the booster pump, the front stage pump can continuously extract, allowing your equipment to obtain higher vacuum. This pump is suitable for use in metallurgy, chemical industry, electric light source vacuum, vacuum coating, food packaging, medicine, vacuum forming, electronics, drying and other fields.


l. The 2X vacuum pump is one of the basic equipment for gas extraction. It can be used alone or connected with ultra-high vacuum pumps such as booster pumps, diffusion pumps, and molecular pumps as a front-end pump. It is widely used in electronic device manufacturing and vacuum applications
Air drying, filtration, impregnation, coating, welding, smelting, and laboratory equipment, etc.
2. The 2X vacuum pump is allowed to operate for a long time under the condition of an ambient temperature range of 5 ℃ to 40 ℃ and an inlet pressure of less than 10 Torr. When the relative temperature of the extracted gas is greater than 90%, the gas damper should be opened.
3. The 2X vacuum pump shall operate continuously with the air inlet open for no more than 3 minutes
4. The 2X vacuum pump is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react with pump oil, contain particulate dust, as well as gases with high oxygen content, explosiveness, and toxicity.


Operation instructions
1. Check the oil level. The oil level should be at the center of the oil gauge. If the oil level is too low, it will not seal the exhaust valve and affect the vacuum degree; Excessive oil level can cause fuel injection during start-up. Before operation, remove the V-belt and adjust the motor direction before starting to avoid fuel injection. During operation, the oil level slightly increases, which is a normal phenomenon. When the oil level is insufficient, use the No. 1 vacuum pump to add oil through the filling hole. The oil needs to be filtered to prevent impurities from entering and blocking the oil hole.
2. If an electromagnetic valve is installed at the pump port of the 2X vacuum pump, it should operate simultaneously with the pump
3. When starting the 2X vacuum pump, the start button should be pressed once or twice to allow the oil pressure in the pump chamber to reach the oil tank, and then it can be officially started and operated.
4. When the ambient temperature is high, the oil temperature increases, the viscosity decreases, and the saturated steam increases, which can cause a decrease in the ultimate vacuum. Therefore, ventilation and heat dissipation should be strengthened.
5. To check the maximum vacuum of the pump, a compression mercury vacuum gauge should be used. The vacuum gauge should be directly connected to the pump port, and within 30 minutes of operation, it will reach the maximum vacuum.
6. Before stopping the 2X vacuum pump, the valve at the suction port should be closed to isolate it from the vacuum system, and then the pump should be stopped.
7. When a pump with a gas ballast valve is pumping gas containing a large amount of condensable steam, the gas ballast valve should be opened
