The SY type corrosion-resistant submersible pump is made of fiberglass, the WSY type corrosion-resistant submersible pump is a submersible vortex pump, and the FSY type corrosion-resistant submersible pump is a vertical centrifugal pump. The pump extends into the storage tank and can start delivering liquid without filling as long as the liquid is higher than the pump body. There is a leakage hole under the flat cover plate. The liquid will not leak outside the storage tank.

Installation precautions and maintenance

1. The SY type corrosion-resistant submersible pump should be installed vertically. The flat cover plate of the pump should be installed on the flange seat of the storage tank. Before starting to operate, manually rotate the coupling to check whether the pump is stuck and whether it rotates flexibly.
2. Before starting the SY type corrosion-resistant submersible pump, as long as the liquid in the storage tank is higher than the pump body, it can be started. It is strictly prohibited to operate without medium or in the opposite direction (the direction of operation should be consistent with the pump's steering sign). Otherwise, the bearings and shaft sleeves of the pump body will be damaged due to the lack of liquid lubrication. If severe vibration or abnormal sound is found, stop the pump immediately for inspection.
3. Pay attention to maintenance regularly, check whether the pump runs smoothly, whether there is any abnormal vibration, replace the elastic block, and regularly replenish and replace the bearing lubricating oil.
