Magnetic coagulation wastewater treatment equipmentThe high-efficiency magnetic coagulation and sedimentation system is a process in which water is added to treat the matching magnetic powder in the conventional coagulation and flocculation process. The powdered magnetic powder combines with the flocs in the coagulation process to form stable flocs with magnetic powder as the coagulation nucleus. Due to the specific gravity of the magnetic powder being 5.3 times that of water, the specific gravity of the flocs combined with magnetic powder rapidly increases. After this floc flows into the sedimentation tank, it can achieve rapid sedimentation within a few minutes, with a sedimentation speed of up to 40 meters per hour, which is 20 times that of conventional coagulation and sedimentation. At the same time, this process further improves the bridging, adsorption, and capture ability of coagulation and flocculation reactions, enhancing the treatment effect.
Magnetic coagulation wastewater treatment equipmentmain advantages
(1) Magnetic coagulation has less head loss and is essentially a coagulation sedimentation process. It has less head loss than filtration, and the effluent achieves the filtering effect. The low water level difference of the magnetic coagulation filter is about 0.6m, mainly reflected in the water drop loss of the sedimentation tank outlet.
(2) Magnetic coagulation occupies a very small area. The double group magnetic coagulation with a capacity of 100000 tons occupies an area of about 600m2, which can generally be met by conventional old sewage treatment plants. For newly built sewage treatment plants, magnetic coagulation saves space compared to conventional coagulation sedimentation filtration and is very easy to install. In current sewage treatment plants, there are often non production surplus areas such as greenery, which can generally meet the area requirements of magnetic coagulation. In developed cities, land costs are becoming increasingly high, and the value of using magnetic coagulation technology to save land will become more prominent.
(3) The operating cost is relatively low. For the deep treatment of urban sewage, the operating agent cost of magnetic coagulation is very economical. The coagulant PAC is about 10mg/L, PAM is about 0.5-1.0mg/L, and the magnetic powder loss rate is about 1.0mg/L. The total cost of these consumables is about 0.02-0.025 yuan/m3. The power consumption of magnetic coagulation is about 0.025kWh/m3, mainly reflected in the mixer, sludge pump, and magnetic powder recovery system.
The sewage to be treated is lifted from the sewage tank to the reaction tank by a water pump, and then added with magnetic powder, coagulant, and flocculant. In the reaction tank, it quickly condenses into micro magnetic flocs, which then flow into the magnetic loading clarification tank by gravity. Due to the fact that the specific gravity of magnetic powder is 5 times that of water, the micro magnetic flocs quickly settle, and the purified water in the upper layer flows out of the equipment and is discharged directly into the clean water tank. The lower layer of micro magnetic flocs enter the high shear machine, are crushed in the high-speed running high shear machine, and enter the magnetic powder recovery machine.
