Ultra magnetic separation for wastewater treatmentThe equipment can choose different processing capabilities based on the amount of water processed, with strong versatility and adaptability. This process removes suspended solids in water in about 3 minutes and effectively removes pollutants such as COD and iron manganese. It can remove suspended solids (SS) of 90%, COD of 60%, and total phosphorus of 90% from water bodies. The integrated equipment adopts a pry type, with a processing capacity ranging from 1000-20000m ³/d. Except for the inlet and outlet pipelines, the equipment is completed in the factory and can be installed and debugged in one week, greatly shortening the construction period. It occupies a small area (less than 40 square meters calculated based on 5000m ³/D) and is widely used in water environments, sewage treatment plants, black and odorous water bodies, initial rainwater treatment, emergency treatment, reclaimed water reuse, coal mines, and industrial wastewater phosphorus removal and upgrading.
Ultra magnetic separation for wastewater treatmentThe upward flow rate design value of the equipment process can reach 20-80m/h, and the entire process can be completed within 30 minutes. Compared with conventional coagulation and sedimentation processes, it can save more than 50% of land area, which will be very beneficial for the space utilization of old or new water plants. The magnetic coagulation process is highly efficient in removing solid particles from water, with a SS removal rate of up to 90%. In addition, it can also remove about 50% of COD and 8% -85% of organic matter in water. The magnetic coagulation process is highly efficient in treating low temperature, low turbidity, and high turbidity water, and has strong resistance to impact loads. Combining magnetic coagulation with UF membrane process will make the water treatment process more stable and efficient, and the treatment unit of the water plant will be more compact. Therefore, the development prospects of the magnetic coagulation process market are promising, with good promotion value in the water treatment industry and a large market capacity. The main markets are:
