Overview
TD type single-stage pipeline centrifugal pump, equipped with standard motor and mechanical seal. Compared with similar types of products, the structure of such products is less susceptible to impurities in the pumped liquid.
The product is designed in a top pull-out disassembly form, which can maintain the pump without affecting the pipeline system.

application
The product is suitable for use in clean, thin, non corrosive, non explosive and flammable liquids that do not contain any solid particles or fibers that may cause mechanical or chemical damage to the pump. The specific requirements and applications for liquids are as follows:; When used in situations where the liquid is viscous or has a high density, it can cause a decrease in the pump characteristic curve and an increase in energy consumption.
Liquid temperature: -15 ℃~110 ℃
Maximum system pressure: PN12 bar for conventional models; The special type is PN16 bar.

Installation requirements
The product has different installation requirements, and the specific installation requirements are as follows:
·The system pipeline has the ability to support pumps, and pumps with motors below 2.2kw (including 2.2kw) can be directly suspended in the pipeline; When the system pipeline does not have the ability to support the pump or the pump motor power is greater than 2.2kw, the pump must be installed on a bracket or base plate.
·For pumps with motors below 2.2kw (including 2.2kw), they can be installed in a horizontal or vertical position relative to the pipeline; For pumps with motors above 2.2kw, they can only be installed in a position perpendicular to the pipeline.
·The installation of the pump should ensure that the tension in the system pipeline is not transmitted to the pump body during use.
·To ensure the normal operation of the motor, the pump should be installed in an environment with sufficient cooling, and the temperature of the cooling air should not exceed 40 ℃.
·If the pump is installed outdoors, a suitable cover must be provided to prevent electrical components from entering water or freezing.
·In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance of the pump, sufficient space must be left above and below the pump. When the pump motor is less than 5.5kw, the minimum clearance is 300mm; when the pump motor is greater than 5.5kw (including 5.5kw), the minimum clearance is 1000mm.
·To prevent noise and vibration and ensure optimal operation, the pump should be installed with a vibration reducing base. Generally, a cement base is used, and the weight of the base should be greater than or equal to 1.5 times the weight of the pump.
·To meet the different needs of customers, the product is divided into two types: with and without a base plate.
