1、 Product Overview:
The ISG single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a combination of excellent hydraulic models selected by our technical personnel and domestic water pump experts. It adopts the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump and is cleverly designed on the basis of a general vertical pump. At the same time, suitable hot water, high temperature, and corrosive chemical pumps and oil pumps are dispatched based on the ISG type according to different operating temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise, and reliable performance.

2、 Product features:
1. The ISG single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a vertical structure with the same inlet and outlet diameters and located on the same centerline. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve, with a compact and beautiful appearance, small footprint, and low construction investment. If a protective cover is added, it can be used outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly installed on the extended shaft of the motor, with a short axial dimension and compact structure. The pump and motor bearings are reasonably configured, which can effectively balance the radial and axial loads generated by the pump operation, ensuring smooth operation, low vibration, and low noise of the pump.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-sized high-temperature resistant mechanical seals, and hard alloy materials for wear-resistant seals, which can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, no need to disassemble the pipeline system, just remove the pump coupling nut to extract all rotor components.
5. The ISG single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. The ISG single-stage single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump can be installed vertically or horizontally according to the requirements of pipeline layout.

3、 Main purpose:
1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire protection pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching. The operating temperature is T<80 ℃.
2. Widely applicable to: energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as hotels, restaurants and other boiler high-temperature hot water pressurized circulation transportation, and urban use of warm system circulation pumps. The IRG type uses a temperature T<120 ℃, and the GRG type uses a temperature T<240 ℃.
3. For conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. They are suitable for industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers. The operating temperature ranges from 20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
4. For transporting petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc., the temperature of the transported medium is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.

4、 Working conditions:
1. The suction pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa. The static pressure test pressure of the pump is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.
2. Environmental temperature<40 ℃, relative humidity<95%.
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveyed medium shall not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: If the medium used is with small particles, please specify when ordering so that the manufacturer can use wear-resistant mechanical seals.
