1. Product Overview
Using efficient hydraulic models to design impellers saves operating costs. The motor and water pump are vertically connected, requiring only a small installation space. A check valve is installed above the pump body to prevent the water pump from being impacted by water during power outages. Flexible assembly of water pump components according to different flow and head requirements. The pump body and motor are both made of stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and will not cause secondary pollution. Due to the pump body being placed in water, the noise generated is very low. We provide a series of stainless steel water pumps that can adapt to different voltages (380V/220V) and (50HZ/60HZ). 0.5-380m³／H， The maximum motor power is 185KW. Stainless steel means that the water pump is lightweight, easy to transport, and has low assembly costs, greatly saving installation and maintenance costs. All bearings are water lubricated, and the rectangular bearing channels allow sand particles to be discharged simultaneously with the extracted liquid.
The inlet filter can prevent particles and large particles exceeding the specified quantity from entering the pump body.
2. Main purpose
This system is suitable for the circulation and pressurization of clean water and softened water;
This series is made of 304 stainless steel and has good corrosion resistance when transporting cold water containing a small amount of chloride. It is also suitable for pumps made of slightly alkaline water, demineralized water, 316 stainless steel, and fluororubber, and is suitable for highly corrosive liquids.
3. Usage conditions
A thin, clean, non corrosive liquid that does not contain solid particles or fibers;
Liquid temperature: maximum+20 ℃;
Maximum working pressure: 30 Pa;
PH value: 6.5~8.5;
The maximum diving depth shall not exceed 50 meters.
