5. When producing adhesive materials, the feeding should be done on one side of the large toothed wheel, and the heating and cooling of the equipment should be carried out slowly during operation. It is strictly prohibited to operate illegally or overload.

Do not use excessive force when cutting glue to prevent injury or slipping; If problems are found during exercise, they should be stopped and dealt with in a timely manner. 8. Regularly check the temperature of the bearing shell and whether the lubricating oil circuit is normal during operation. Problems should be dealt with promptly, and it is strictly prohibited to drive makeshift vehicles.

Firstly, it is necessary to adjust the roller spacing of the open mill and maintain the balance of the roller spacing. If the adjustment of the distance between the two ends of the roller is not the same, it will cause the roller to be biased and easily damage the equipment. This is strictly prohibited.

From the bending moment diagram and torque diagram, the feeding should be done at the speed ratio gear end. Due to the fact that the composite bending moment and torque at the transmission end are greater than those at the speed ratio gear end, it is easier to damage the equipment by first adding a large block of hard rubber material at the transmission end.

The feeding amount should gradually increase, and the weight of the feeding block should not exceed the specifications in the equipment manual. The feeding sequence should be from small to large. As shown in the picture, adding large pieces of rubber material suddenly into the roller spacing can cause overload and rush out, which not only easily damages the safety gasket, but also endangers the roller once the safety gasket fails.

When operating, first cut the knife, then hold the glue with your hand. Do not forcefully pull or tug on the film before cutting it. It is strictly prohibited to feed on the roller with one hand and receive the material under the roller with the other hand. If the material bounces and is not easy to roll, do not press the material with your hands. When pushing the material, you must clench your fist halfway and not exceed the horizontal line at the top of the roller. When measuring the temperature of the roller, the back of the hand must be opposite to the direction of rotation of the roller.

The cutting blade must be placed in a safe place (to prevent the cutting blade from entering the rubber material into the roller), and the cutting blade must be inserted into the lower half of the roller when cutting rubber. The cutting blade must not face the direction of one's own body. When making triangular packages, it is forbidden to operate with a knife. When making rolls, the weight of the film must not exceed the rated weight of the model.

During the operation of the roller, if the hot roller suddenly cools down, that is, when the roller temperature is found to be too high, sudden introduction of cooling water can cause damage to the roller under the combined action of lateral pressure and temperature difference stress. Therefore, cooling should be carried out gradually, and it is better to cool down empty vehicles.

When debris is found in the rubber material or roller during the operation of the roller, or when there is accumulated rubber at the baffle rubber, bearing, etc., the machine must be stopped for processing. If the conveyor belt accumulates glue or malfunctions, it must also be stopped for handling. In case of sudden parking, the power should be cut off in sequence, and the water and steam valves should be closed. It is strictly prohibited to drive under load.
