Product Overview
JYWQ and JPWQ series automatic mixing sewage pumps use an automatic mixing device on the basis of ordinary sewage pumps. The device rotates with the motor shaft to produce extremely strong mixing force, mixing the sediment in the sewage pool into suspended solids, and sucking them into the pump for discharge, which improves the anti blocking and sewage discharge capacity of the pump, completes drainage, cleaning and desilting at one time, and saves operating costs. It is an environmental protection product with obvious progressiveness and practicality.

2、 Product features:
1. By utilizing the pump's own outlet pressure, the settled sludge in the sewage tank is stirred evenly, truly achieving the goal of completely discharging the sediment in the sewage tank.
2. The design of anti clogging hydraulic components for large flow channels greatly improves the ability of pollutants to pass through, effectively passing through 5 times the fiber material of the pump diameter and solid particles with a diameter of about 50% of the pump diameter.
3. Reasonable design, reasonable matching motor, high efficiency, significant energy-saving effect.
4. The mechanical seal adopts a dual channel series seal, made of hard and corrosion-resistant tungsten carbide, which is durable and wear-resistant, and can ensure the safe and continuous operation of the pump for more than 8000 hours.
5. The JYWQ automatic mixing sewage pump has a compact structure, small volume, easy movement, and simple installation. It does not require the construction of a pump room and can work underwater, reducing project costs.
6. There is an oil-water probe installed in the oil chamber to provide absolute protection for the pump.
7. The JYWQ automatic mixing and discharging pump can be equipped with a fully automatic safety protection control cabinet, which provides absolute protection against pump leakage, electric leakage, overload, and overheating, improving the safety and reliability of the product.
8. The float switch can automatically control the stop and start of the pump according to the required water level changes, without the need for a dedicated person to supervise.
