Product Overview:
The ISG single-stage single suction vertical centrifugal pump is an efficient and energy-saving product designed in strict accordance with the international standard ISO2585 and the latest national standard JB/T6878.2-9, using the performance parameters of the IS centrifugal pump and the unique advantages of the vertical pump. It is an ideal product to replace conventional pumps such as the IS centrifugal pump, DL multi-stage pump, and SG pipeline pump.

Flow range:
1.5～1200m3/h， The head range is 8-150m, with over 200 specifications including basic type, flow separation type, A and B cutting type. Design and manufacture a series of products including SLY type hot water pump, SLH chemical pump, SLY (YG) type and SLHY type chemical explosion-proof pipeline oil pump according to different flow media and temperatures.

ISG product usage:
1. The ISG series vertical centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical properties similar to clean water. Use medium temperature below 80 ℃. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressure boosting, long-distance water supply, heating, bathroom cooling and heating special environment boosting, and equipment matching.
2. The IRG series vertical hot water circulation pump is suitable for heating and circulation of hot water in residential buildings, enterprises and institutions with heating systems, as well as for conveying production process heat systems, such as power stations, thermal power stations, waste heat utilization, metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking and other industrial boilers. The operating temperature is below 120 ℃.
3. The IHG series vertical chemical pump is used to transport liquids that do not contain solid particles or corrosive substances. Suitable for sectors such as textiles, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, food, pharmaceuticals, and synthetic fibers, with a usage temperature range of -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.
4. YG series explosion-proof pipeline oil pump is suitable for transporting non corrosive, flammable, and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, textile, chemical, and machinery. The transported medium temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃. Medium density ρ ＜ 1000kg/m3. The ordinary oil pump adopts a motor with explosion-proof rating of dIIBT4 and EX explosion-proof mark.
5. The IHGB series chemical explosion-proof vertical pump is suitable for transporting corrosive, flammable, and explosive liquids in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, power, food, pharmaceutical, and machinery. The transported medium temperature ranges from -20 ℃ to 120 ℃.

ISB Product Overview:
The ISB series convenient single-stage centrifugal pump (vertical) is a new generation of vertical centrifugal pump developed independently based on the digestion and absorption of advanced technology from similar foreign products. Its significant advantage is that when the mechanical seal leaks or is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced, there is no need to disassemble the motor, only the clamping shell coupling components need to be disassembled to move. Save time, effort, and improve efficiency. The performance, usage conditions, and purposes of this pump are the same as those of the ISG type.

ISW, ISWR, ISWH Product Overview:
ISW, ISWR, and ISWH horizontal centrifugal pumps are optimized and designed based on the performance parameters of IS and IR centrifugal pumps, referring to the ISO2858 standard and using excellent domestic hydraulic models. It is an ideal new generation horizontal pump product.
This series of pumps has a horizontal structure and integrates the machine and pump. The impeller is directly assembled on the motor extension shaft, making the pump run more smoothly. The shaft seal adopts high-quality mechanical seal, and the dynamic and static rings are made of new hard alloy, which is wear-resistant, leak free, and has a long service life.
Usage of ISW, ISWR, ISWH products
1. ISW type pumps are suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, high-rise building pressurized water supply, fire pressure boosting, long-distance water delivery, HVAC refrigeration cycles, as well as supporting various water supply equipment and boilers. The operating temperature should not exceed 85 ℃.
2. The ISWR pump is suitable for metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, wood processing, papermaking, as well as restaurants, bathrooms, hotels, boiler hot water boosting circulation, and urban housing heating circulation, with a usage temperature not exceeding 120 ℃.
3. The ISWH horizontal stainless steel chemical pump is made of stainless steel and uses corrosive liquids as the medium. The operating temperature is ≤ 100 ℃.

The maximum working pressure of the system is 1.6MPa, which means that the pump suction pressure+pump lift is ≤ 1.6MPa (when the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately specified in the order, so that cast steel can be used in the manufacturing of the pump's overcurrent components and connecting components). The conveying medium is clear water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water. Environmental temperature ≤ 40 ℃, altitude ≤ 1000m, relative humidity ≤ 95%.
