Magnetic separation wastewater treatment equipmentThe principle is to add magnetic particles (i.e. magnetic powder) to the traditional flocculation and precipitation process, and through steps such as flocculation, attraction, adhesion, charge adsorption, bridging, and net capture, insoluble pollutants such as algae, small suspended solids, colloids, bacteria, etc. in the water are effectively combined with the magnetic powder to form high-density flocs. By relying on gravity and the principle of inclined tube (plate) precipitation, rapid solid-liquid precipitation separation is achieved. The sludge from the sedimentation tank is pumped back to the magnetic powder sludge separation system for recycling. The magnetic powder is recycled, and the separated sludge is discharged into the sludge tank for dewatering treatment.

Application of magnetic separation in wastewater treatment:
