Injection molding machine startup operation (daily maintenance items must be checked for compliance with requirements before startup)
1First turn on the main power, then turn on the machine power, and unscrew the red emergency button on the operation panel;
2After the display screen shows the manufacturer's information, press the number key or screen selection key to enter manual mode;
3Confirm the setting of various molding conditions (such as temperature, pressure, speed, etc.);
4..Check whether the raw materials meet the requirements of the products to be produced and confirm the dehumidification time; After confirming that there are no abnormalities, turn on the electric heating switch and start heating; At this time, it is necessary to observe whether the temperature display on the screen is abnormal. If the temperature rises too quickly or does not rise, problems should be solved in a timely manner. If they cannot be solved, they must be reported to the on duty supervisor in a timely manner;
5Start the machine motor, check if all actions (including opening and closing the mold, ejector pin, etc.) are normal, if all moving parts are lubricated, clean the oil stains on the surface of the mold cavity, and also check if the mold cooling system is unobstructed; Make changes to unreasonable process parameters and prepare for trial production;
6After the temperature of the material barrel reaches the set value, use the injection and melt glue functions to extrude the remaining material inside the barrel until new material is extruded. The extruded new material should have a glossy finish, no impurities, no black spots, no burning, and no bubbles; At the same time, there should be no blockage in the nozzle when spraying glue;
7After reconfirming the various process conditions, close the safety door and then close the mold. After confirming that the high-pressure position has been reached, manually inject the base into the mold;
8After confirming that the nozzle is fully matched with the mold gate, align the knob on the machine with the limit switch;
9Open the safety door, press the semi-automatic button, and then close the safety door again for trial production;
10After confirming that the product is qualified and the production process is no different, enter normal production!
2、 Shutdown operation
1When the machine is ready to shut down or change molds, it should be done in advance according to the actual situation10-30Close the feeding port of the hopper in minutes;
2After the remaining material in the barrel is finished, switch to manual operation mode and move the injection table back;

3、 Precautions
1Take care of the machine and strictly prohibit rough operation! Do not climb or climb over the machine at will!
2Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance, and promptly resolve any abnormalities found;
3Prohibit the use of steel tools to come into contact with the surface of the mold cavity and to strike the mold! If such operations are required, copper soft tools should be used; If it is necessary to make contact with the mold cavity, it should be operated by professionals;
4It is strictly prohibited to operate the seat to impact the fixed mold while the mold is open;
5Remember to close the safety protection doors (including front and rear doors) at all times after completing the operation;
6During the operation of the machine, it is strictly prohibited to insert the head into the middle of an open mold, such as when manually picking up parts or repairing the mold;
7When withdrawing the injection material, the safety cover must be closed and kept away from the nozzle as much as possible; Do not directly pinch the newly injected material with your hands;
8When repairing machines and molds, the machine motor and corresponding power supply should be turned off, and protective measures should be taken
