1. Content: Abnormal DC link current of frequency converter

2. Main reasons and elimination methods:

A、 Remove the power line of the motor from the SVM to release the emergency stop.

a、 When no DC link current alarm occurs~to B

b、 When abnormal DC link current alarm occurs, replace SVM

B、 Remove the power line of the motor from SVM and confirm that one of the U, V, W wires of the motor is insulated from PE

a、 During insulation aging~to C

b、 When insulation is normal~replace SVM

C、 Separate the motor from the power line and confirm whether the insulation of either the motor or the power line is aging

a、 When the insulation of the motor ages, replace the motor

b、 When the insulation of the power line is aging, replace the power line
