How to convert ladder diagrams written in PMC-SA1 type to SB7 type in FLADDER 111 software

(1) Run FANUC'FAPT LADDER-III programming software.

(2) Click on the [File] column, select the option, and open a file (PMC-SA1) of the Windows version ladder diagram that you want to change the type of PC.

(3) Select Mnemonic Convert from the Tool toolbar to display the Mnemonic Conversion page. Among them, the Mnemonic File column needs to create a new intermediate file name, including the file storage path. The 'Convert Data Kind' column requires selecting the data to be converted, usually ALL.

(4) After completing the above options, click [OK] to confirm, and then the data conversion status information will be displayed. If there are no other errors, close this information page, and then close the page.

(5) Click on the [File] column, select the option, create a new ladder diagram for the target Windows version, and also select the PC type (PMC-SB7) for the target Windows version ladder diagram.

(6) Select the Source Program Convert option in the Tool toolbar to display the Source Program Conversion page. Among them, the Mnemonic File column needs to select the newly generated intermediate file name, including the file storage path.

(7) After completing the above options, click [OK] to confirm, and then display information about the data conversion status All the content of the source program is going to be lost. Do you replace it? Click [Yes] to confirm, close this information page after there are no errors, and then close the [Source Program Conversion] page. This completes the conversion of the same ladder diagram between different PC types in the Windows version, for example, converting the KT13.LAD ladder diagram of PMC_SA1 to the MM.LAD ladder diagram of PMC_SA3, and the logical relationship between the converted MM.LAD ladder diagram and the KT13.LAD ladder diagram is the same
