Shanghai Longya FYS corrosion-resistantSubmerged chemical pumpIt is a vertical centrifugal chemical pump that is directly immersed in a chemical medium for pumping liquids. The corrosion-resistant submersible chemical pump is designed to integrate the advantages of non-metallic and metallic materials, using engineering plastic and metal integral lining, composite, extrusion and other manufacturing processes. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, good rigidity, no leakage, light weight, and easy maintenance. Based on the differences in medium and temperature, in order to meet the needs of different users, our factory can use polytetrafluoroethylene (F46) and reinforced polypropylene material (FRPP) to produce FYS type submersible chemical pumps. Corrosion resistant submersible chemical pumps are suitable for temperatures F46, -50 ℃~120 ℃, and FRPP, -5 ℃~90 ℃. FYS corrosion-resistant submersible chemical pumps are widely used in industries such as acid production, dyes, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, smelting, petrochemicals, electroplating, and environmental protection. Please refer to the corrosion resistance table for details. Note: To prevent the underwater corrosion-resistant chemical pump from idling under load and damaging the dynamic and static bearings, it can be equipped with our factory's "LYK" type multifunctional self-control device.
