Shanghai Longya FB, AFB type corrosion-resistant centrifugechemical pumpUsed for transporting clean water without solid particles and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water. Corrosion resistant centrifugal chemical pumps are mainly used for high-rise building water supply, and can also be applied to factory and mine water supply and drainage, and liquid transportation. The flow range is 4.9-200m3/h, the head range is 22-239m, the supporting power range is 1.5-160KW, and the caliber range is φ 40~φ 150mm.
The selection criteria should be based on the process flow, water supply and drainage requirements, and consider five aspects: liquid delivery volume, device head, liquid properties, pipeline layout, and operating conditions.
1. Flow rate is one of the important performance data for selecting corrosion-resistant centrifugal chemical pumps, which directly affects the production and transportation capacity of the entire device. When selecting a chemical pump, the maximum flow rate should be taken as the basis, taking into account the normal flow rate. When there is no maximum flow rate, 1.1 times the normal flow rate is usually taken as the maximum flow rate.
2. The head required for the installation system is another important performance data for selecting centrifugal chemical pumps, and the head should generally be selected by enlarging the margin by 5% to 10%.
3. The properties of liquids include the name of the liquid medium, physical properties, chemical properties, and other properties. Physical properties include temperature, density, viscosity, solid particle diameter, and gas content in the medium, which involve the system's head, effective cavitation allowance calculation, and suitable type of chemical pump. Chemical properties mainly refer to the chemical corrosiveness and toxicity of the liquid medium, and are important criteria for selecting centrifugal chemical pump materials and choosing which type of shaft seal to use.
4. The pipeline layout conditions of the centrifugal chemical pump system refer to the liquid delivery height, distance, and direction, in order to calculate the system head and verify the cavitation allowance.
5.
