Working Principle:

The vacuum oil filter is designed based on the different boiling points of water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, a fine filter, a primary filter, a vacuum pump, an oil discharge pump, and an electrical cabinet. The vacuum pump extracts the air inside the vacuum tank to form a vacuum. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the external oil enters the primary filter through the inlet pipeline to remove larger particles, and then enters the heating tank. The oil heated to 40-75 ℃ enters the vacuum tank, and the moisture in the oil rapidly evaporates into water vapor and is continuously sucked into the oil-water separator by the vacuum pump. The water vapor in the separator is cooled and reduced to water before being released. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is pumped into the filter by the oil discharge pump to filter out particles and impurities through the filter element. Thus completing the entire process of vacuum filtration to quickly remove impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil, allowing the clean oil to be discharged from the outlet of the machine.

Product Usage

1. It can be used for on-site oil filtration and replenishment of various oil immersed transformers, oil immersed current transformers, voltage transformers, and low oil relays.

2. This machine can be used for on-site hot oil circulation drying of the above equipment, especially for oil immersed current, voltage transformers, and low oil circuit breakers, which are more effective in hot oil circulation drying.

3. Can be used for on-site vacuum oil injection and replenishment of sealed oil immersed equipment, as well as equipment vacuum pumping.

4. This machine can also be used for regenerating and purifying mildly deteriorated transformer oil to achieve qualified oil performance standards.

4. There are two filtering methods for the oil purifier: one is the traditional oil filtering method - using filter paper as the filtering medium; Another method is to use a specially designed fine filter element that does not require filter paper as the oil filtering medium.

When used on site, the existing oil carrying equipment is used as an oil storage tank to circulate hot oil between the equipment, thus enabling the three functions of oil filtration, regeneration, and hot oil circulation drying to be carried out simultaneously. Save labor, time, and indeed achieve three benefits with one stone.

Installation and debugging

1. Connect the inlet and outlet oil pipes.

2. Connect the three-phase four wire power supply according to the total power of the machine, and ensure that the direction of the front stage pump, oil pump, and Roots vacuum pump is aligned with the arrow pointing *.

3. Jogging the front stage pump, Roots pump, and oil pump should have no jamming or eccentric vibration.

4. Check that there are no leaks in the oil, gas, and water pipelines.
