Product Introduction:
Using a variable ratio bridge to measure the transformation ratio of a transformer is cumbersome to operate and has a narrow measurement range, which is no longer suitable for the fast-paced and high-efficiency requirements of modern measurement. To this end, our factory has adopted modern electronic technology and developed a new generation of fully automatic variable ratio group tester, which is an ideal testing instrument for the power industry sector. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, high precision, and good stability. It adopts a large screen LCD Chinese character display, menu operation, user-friendly interface, and variable ratio group can be tested in one go.

2. The transformer ratio tester comes with an internal power supply and automatically generates a three-phase high-power test power supply.
3. The transformer ratio tester can measure the no-load current, no-load loss, short-circuit voltage, and short-circuit loss of various types of transformers.

The transformer ratio tester can automatically perform waveform distortion correction, temperature correction, voltage correction, and current correction (short-circuit test under non rated current conditions). Operators only need to input the correction index according to the transformer type, and the instrument can automatically calculate the corrected results. It is very suitable for units that do not have slightly larger capacity transformer short-circuit test conditions.

Notes:
1. During the measurement, do not touch the sample.
If the test line is short circuited and the high and low voltage are reversed, the fuse will melt. After the insurance is blown, if measurement is performed and it shows' measuring in progress', please wait! Stop afterwards. Please shut down, replace the fuse with the same capacity, and retest.
3. The connection should be protected to ensure good contact. The instrument should be well grounded!
4. The workplace of the instrument should be away from strong electric fields, strong magnetic fields, and high-frequency equipment. The smaller the interference from the power supply, the better. It is recommended to use lighting cables. If the power interference is still significant, the instrument can be charged using AC purification power cables. The capacity of the AC purification power supply should be greater than 200VA.
