Fiberglass spray tower, also known as fiberglass washing tower or fiberglass purification tower, is a device that uses spraying to transfer and heat gases and liquids in contact, in order to purify, cool or absorb harmful substances. It mainly consists of a tower body, air inlet, air outlet, sprinkler head, liquid level meter, etc. The tower body is made of fiberglass, which has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, etc. It can operate stably for a long time in harsh environments.

The organic waste gas treatment machine is used for the adsorption, filtration, and purification of organic waste gas generated in industrial production processes. It is an effective industrial treatment method that utilizes the adsorption properties of activated carbon with multiple micropores to adsorb organic waste gases. Adsorption can achieve a purification efficiency of up to 90-95% for organic waste gas. After saturation of activated carbon adsorption, it can be regenerated by hot air desorption to reintroduce or replace the activated carbon. It utilizes the surface forces of high-performance activated carbon adsorbent solids, and can handle organic solvents including benzene, ketones, lipids, alcohols, alcohols, ethers, alkanes, and their mixtures.

Our company uses high-temperature resistant fiberglass material for the fiberglass purification tower. Ordinary fiberglass products are not heat-resistant, softening at 80 ℃ and evaporating at 120 ℃. Initially, our company also used this type of ordinary fiberglass, but it is not suitable for many industries. After our company's development, the fiberglass purification tower can now withstand temperatures up to 300 ℃ and work normally below 180 ℃, suitable for all industry applications.

Fiberglass purification towers are widely used in the treatment of exhaust gas from high-temperature coal boilers, with a purification capacity of up to 95% and an evolutionary efficiency far higher than other similar environmentally friendly products. The classification of fiberglass purification towers produced by our company is: wet purification tower and dry adsorption tower. Wet purification towers are divided into: packed tower, washing tower, desulfurization tower, cyclone plate tower, bubble tower, blow off tower, and absorption tower; Dry adsorption towers are divided into activated carbon adsorption towers and SDG dry acid waste gas adsorption towers. The main gases suitable for processing include sulfuric acid mist (H2SO4), hydrogen amide (HCL) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, chromium acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide gas (HCN), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia gas (NH3), nitrogen oxides (NOx), organic acids, benzene and other waste gases. The methods used vary depending on the type of waste gas. Dry adsorption is more effective for organic waste gas, while wet purification can be used for inorganic acid mist. Wet dry purification can also be used for better results.
