Overview
The exhaust gas enters from the bottom of the tower and comes into contact with the absorption liquid sprayed from top to bottom in reverse flow. In the packing layer, the gas-liquid phase is fully mixed and undergoes physical absorption or chemical reaction, and pollutants in the exhaust gas are absorbed or neutralized. The purified gas is dehydrated through the demister layer and discharged into the atmosphere through a fan. After being treated in the circulating water tank, the absorbent is pumped back to the spray layer for recycling.
Product Details

The organic waste gas treatment machine is used for the adsorption, filtration, and purification of organic waste gas generated in industrial production processes. It is an effective industrial treatment method that utilizes the adsorption properties of activated carbon with multiple micropores to adsorb organic waste gases. Adsorption can achieve a purification efficiency of up to 90-95% for organic waste gas. After saturation of activated carbon adsorption, it can be regenerated by hot air desorption to reintroduce or replace the activated carbon. It utilizes the surface forces of high-performance activated carbon adsorbent solids, and can handle organic solvents including benzene, ketones, lipids, alcohols, aldehydes, amides, alkanes, and their mixtures.

Our company uses high-temperature resistant fiberglass material for the fiberglass purification tower. Ordinary fiberglass products are not heat-resistant, softening at 80 ℃ and evaporating at 120 ℃. Initially, our company also used this type of ordinary fiberglass, but it is not suitable for many industries. After our company's development, the fiberglass purification tower can now withstand temperatures up to 300 ℃ and work normally below 180 ℃, suitable for all industry applications.

Bag filter is a dry dust filtering device. It is suitable for capturing small, dry, non fibrous dust. Thickness is also one of the important physical properties of filter media, which has a significant impact on its permeability, wear resistance, and other properties. For woven fabrics, thickness generally depends on weight, yarn thickness, and weaving method, while for felt and non-woven fabrics, thickness only depends on weight and manufacturing process.

Gas consumption of bag filter

The density of woven fabric is expressed in terms of the number of threads per unit distance, i.e. the number of warp and weft threads between 1 inch (2.54cm) or 5cm, while the density of felt and non-woven fabric is expressed in terms of volumetric density. The air consumption of bag filter is calculated by dividing the weight per unit area of filter material by the thickness (g/m3).

Temperature and heat resistance are important factors in selecting filter materials.
