Overview of Micro Friction and Wear Testing Machine:
Micro motion testing machine: mainly used as a testing system for studying and evaluating the mechanical and tribological properties and actual working conditions of various materials, thin films/coatings/modified layers/bulk materials, lubricating oils and lubricants. It adopts the excitation coil excitation form to achieve high-frequency micro motion of the motion table.
It is an ideal micro motion wear material performance tester for industrial and university research, with a frequency of 500Hz and a control stroke of 5 microns over a wide temperature range.

Module function:
A stroke of 1.5 μ m to 4mm;
2. Up to 500Hz;
3. Piezoelectric sensors;
4. Friction reaches the electromagnetic coil;
5. -40 to 800 ℃.
Micro module selection platform:
1. Multi functional friction and wear tester MFT-5000:
Test up to 2500N downforce (600N friction force) on a multifunctional friction meter, allowing multiple other friction, friction, and wear modules to be executed on the same platform.
2. Single function micro motion testing machine FFT series:
A platform for conducting micro motion tests up to 5000N on FFT series platforms.

Detailed functions of micro motion module:
1. Force sensor: The tester uses high-resolution, fast frequency response piezoelectric sensors to measure real-time inline friction.
2. Long distance reliability: Flexible suspension can guide magnet components without contact or lubrication. Magnets, coils, and stators are designed to eliminate performance degradation over time and provide near maintenance free wear testing operations.
3. Position sensor and control: displacement sensor control with a resolution of up to 1nm and micrometer level accuracy; Lower noise level.
4. Platform rigidity: Vibration reduction frame, symmetrical design, rigid sample holder, etc. allow for high system rigidity. High rigidity allows for easy creation of micro rings.
5. Environmental chamber: The wide temperature range of -40 to 1200 ℃ allows the micro motion tester to easily simulate various real-life scenarios.
6. Online sensors: acoustic emission sensors used to detect crack occurrence, and ECR used to measure surface resistance changes can provide a deeper understanding of the testing interface.
