Data sample

The materials and testing setup were evaluated using Rtec Instruments Tapping Torque tribology instruments for different formulations used in the formation and cutting of aluminum and steel samples. Use M6 aluminum and steel wire cone to tap the threads in the sample at 600RPM. Each test should be repeated at least five times on the automation platform. The test setup is shown in Figure 1.

Select samples to study the effects of additives and their combinations on different applications in formulations. These tests are the standards for their expected applications in the real world. The above figure shows the typical tapping torque test results of sample 2 repeated ten times on an automatic platform, using a steel formed M6 tap on a steel template.
