1. Overview

The ACR series network multifunctional power meter is an intelligent meter designed for the power monitoring needs of power systems, industrial and mining enterprises, public facilities, and intelligent buildings. It integrates the measurement of power parameters (such as single-phase or three-phase current, voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, frequency, power factor) as well as energy monitoring and assessment management. At the same time, it has multiple peripheral interface functions for users to choose from: with RS485 communication interface, adopting MODBUS-RTU protocol to meet the needs of communication network management; The 4-20mA analog output can correspond to any measured electrical parameter and meet interface requirements such as DCS; With switch input and relay output, it can achieve the functions of "remote signaling" and "remote control" of circuit breaker switches. It adopts a high brightness LED/LCD display interface, and parameter setting and control are achieved through panel buttons, which is very suitable for real-time power monitoring systems. It can directly replace conventional power transmitters and measuring instruments. As an excellent intelligent and digital front-end acquisition component, this power meter has been widely used in various control systems, SCADA systems, and energy management systems.

Note 1: Among the optional functions, DI: represents switch input; DO: represents switch output M: represents analog output; The wiring method is shown on the last page (e.g. 4DI4DO represents four switch inputs+four switch outputs)

Note 2: Profibus and RS485 communication cannot be selected simultaneously, but can be used in conjunction with all other functions as desired

Note 3: The wiring method is a combination of several optional functions. For example, the ordered model is ACR320EFL (8DI2DO), and the wiring method is shown on the last page: A4+B3+C3

Note 4:+2C means: 2-channel RS485 communication (standard configuration includes 1-channel RS485 communication, selecting+2C means adding 1-channel RS485 communication)

Note 5: Among the instrument models, the ACR3XX series (excluding ACR320EG) can be optionally configured with neutral current measurement function

Note 6: Event recording function is only available when configuring DI or DO function

4.Installation

4.2. Installation method

The installation method of ACR series network multifunctional power meters is embedded, and the fixed method is extrusion type. The specific operation is as follows:

1. On the distribution panel, choose a suitable location to open an installation hole with the same size as the opening of the installed instrument;

2. Remove the instrument panel, loosen the positioning screw (counterclockwise), and remove the mounting bracket;

3. Insert the instrument into the instrument hole of the distribution panel, install the mounting bracket and positioning screw (clockwise) after inserting the instrument.
