1. Introduction

ZS-B1 Intelligent Speed Monitoring InstrumentThe application of microprocessor chips for signal processing ensures accurate measurement, stable performance, and the ability to expand functions according to user needs. This monitoring device has functions such as speed measurement, two-level alarm, overspeed protection, analog voltage and current output, sensor fault monitoring, alarm query, self check, etc. Suitable for monitoring and protecting rotating machinery in power, petroleum, chemical and other units. The number of teeth and alarm settings can be set on site. There are three types of casings to choose from, with dimensions of A: 160 (width) x 80 (height) x 215 (depth) mm, B: 160 (width) x 80 (height) x 80 (depth) mm, and C: a frame combination type, as shown in the structural parameters of the 8200 series turbine monitoring system.

2. Main functions

● It has a speed measurement display function, with a speed measurement of 99999 revolutions per minute and a five digit digital display.

● Alarm function: When the measured speed exceeds any alarm set value, the corresponding alarm indicator light on the front panel will light up, and a switch signal will be output on the rear panel to protect the monitored equipment.

Equipped with voltage and current output interfaces, it can be connected to devices such as computers.

The alarm value, number of teeth, and time can be set through the front panel buttons.
