Oil water separation electric dehydratorCompliant with SYQ/C0001-1991 product standards and SY/T5402-2016 national industry standards.
1. Analysis range: 0-100%
2. Measuring cylinder volume: 800mL
3. Oil water separation time: ≤ 1h (ordinary crude oil)
≤ 3h (thermal emulsified heavy oil)
4. Power supply: Voltage AC 220V ± 10%, Frequency 50 Hz ± 5%
Attachment:
1 DTS-II type host
2. Heating and dehydration electrode (internal electrode) 1 piece
3. Two external electrodes
4. One high-voltage connecting wire (for connecting the external electrode to the high-voltage output hole)
5. One power cord
6. Two measuring cylinders (800ml)
7. One manual for operation and use
8. One copy of product qualification certificate
Reminder: To improve dehydration efficiency and shorten analysis time, preheat the oil sample in the preheating furnace first, and then add diluents or demulsifiers to different characteristic oil samples to accelerate oil-water separation speed. During the experiment, when the oil sample is in a fast boiling state, the heating button should be immediately turned off, and then the dehydration switch should be turned on.
1. This instrument is not an explosion-proof instrument, so it is strictly prohibited to use it in environments containing explosive gases.
2. The heating and dehydration electrode of this instrument should not be dry burned in the air to prevent damage to the heating and dehydration electrode.
3. Be careful and cautious during the operation of the instrument to prevent tipping over the measuring cylinder and causing a fire.
During the dehydration process, the oil sample should be heated moderately and not allowed to boil violently and overflow. If the oil sample boils, the heating switch can be turned off. If the oil sample cannot be prevented from overflowing, the dehydration switch can be quickly turned off and the heating dehydration electrode can be pulled out of the measuring cylinder.
During the dehydration process, do not touch the exposed metal parts of the inner and outer electrodes with your hands to avoid electric shock.
After dehydration, be sure to turn off the dehydration and heating switches first, and then remove the dehydration electrode.
