The energy-saving hyperbolic submersible mixer impeller adopts a molding process with smooth surface, linear and flow characteristics, high strength, corrosion resistance, low resistance, and high efficiency. Adopting dry installation, the matching motor and reducer are placed above the liquid, without contact with the liquid, and there are no vulnerable parts underwater. It has a long service life and is an ideal equipment for mixing various liquids.
The difference between the energy-saving hyperbolic submersible mixer and other mixing equipment is that:
1. Due to the ideal fluid conditions, energy consumption is lower.
2. Due to the high flow rate of water in the entire pool, there will be no sludge sedimentation.
3. The mixer can self correct during operation, ensuring that the downward force is vertical and preventing unbalanced movement.
4. Omnidirectional flow, all areas in the pool can be evenly stirred without creating blind spots.
5. There are no vulnerable parts underwater, and it is easy and convenient to reach the deceleration motor for maintenance.
6. Do not use materials that are prone to rusting, and use advanced corrosion-resistant materials for both the mixing disc and mixing shaft.

8. It won't block. Unlike horizontal flow mixers, there will be no substance attached to the mixing body.
Installation method:
1. The 1KW power torque for every 500 cubic meters of volume should reach over 60Nm, and the actual test has shown good results. Some small impeller speeds cannot achieve this effect.
2. Circular pools, runway pools, and circular pools can reduce power by 10%, while square pools, rectangular pools, and triangular pools must increase power by 10%. The larger the pool type, the lower the power can be.
3. For every 10% increase in medium density, the power must increase by 30%.
4. Square and rectangular pools can also be considered to achieve small dead corners in terms of impeller size, helix angle, installation position, and inlet and outlet positions.
5. Regarding the issue of flow velocity, there are many push flow mixers that require providing relevant data such as original flow velocity, pool cross-section, length, and the required flow velocity. The mixer machine can be installed at the edge of the pool wall, corner of the pool, and other positions, with relatively little restriction on the surrounding installation conditions, and has little impact on the civil engineering structures such as the pool wall.
6. Installation height of hyperbolic mixer:
(1) From the bottom of the pool to the center of the mixer with an impeller diameter of less than 1 meter, X=impeller radius+0.7 meters.
(2) If the diameter of the impeller is more than 1 meter, it shall be calculated based on the radius plus 1 meter.
(3) The installation height can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the depth of the pool.
