1. Trial operation

Before starting up, qualified professionals should inspect the entire system to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Connect the motor cable correctly to the power supply.

When debugging, it is necessary to check whether the rotation direction of the impeller is correct. The method is to suspend the submersible mixer on a square guide rod, connect the power supply, and when viewed from the direction of the impeller towards the motor, the impeller should rotate counterclockwise. If the rotation direction is incorrect, replace the two phases of the power cable. If there are multiple mixers, the rotation direction of each mixer should be checked separately.

Attention: When checking the direction of rotation, do not approach the rotating impeller to ensure that it does not harm the workers.

2. Operation

After the trial operation is normal, cut off the power supply. Place the mixer underwater along the square guide rod and ensure that the mixer is installed in place. Connect the power supply for operation and check if it is functioning properly.
