Overview
The medium low temperature ethylene glycol salt water unit can produce low-temperature freezing liquid from 0 to -45 ℃. For low-temperature chillers that use screw refrigeration compressors, we call them screw type low-temperature chillers. What we are introducing here is a water-cooled screw type low-temperature chiller unit. It is mainly used in high-power low-temperature demand applications such as ink printing plants, food processing plants, automobile manufacturing plants, construction mixing plants, petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, leather factories, textile plants, central air conditioning chillers, etc.
Product Details
The medium low temperature ethylene glycol salt water unit can produce low-temperature freezing liquid from 0 to -45 ℃. For low-temperature chillers that use screw refrigeration compressors, we call them screw type low-temperature chillers. What we are introducing here is a water-cooled screw type low-temperature chiller unit. It is mainly used in high-power low-temperature demand applications such as ink printing plants, food processing plants, automobile manufacturing plants, construction mixing plants, petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, leather factories, textile plants, central air conditioning chillers, etc.
Performance characteristics of screw type low-temperature chiller:
1. Durable and energy-efficient compressor
Selected original imported famous brand semi enclosed screw and semi enclosed reciprocating compressors such as BITZER (Germany), HANBELL (Taiwan Hanzhong), RefComp (Italy Lefcon), etc. It has the advantages of smooth and reliable operation, high efficiency with low faults, good performance, low vibration and noise, energy saving, easy maintenance, and long service life. According to customer needs and the size of the cooling capacity, single or multiple machine combinations can be used. The compressor can automatically alternate operation according to load changes, with automatic energy regulation (25% -50% -75% -100%), balancing the operating hours of each compressor, greatly extending the service life of the chiller unit.
2. Internally and externally threaded reinforced tube evaporator
The evaporator copper tube adopts an internally and externally threaded reinforced tube. The surface of the copper tube has threads, the outer surface of the copper tube is smooth, and the cooling effect is good. The evaporator cylinder is insulated with a 25mm thick PE insulation board, which does not condense and reduces the loss of cooling capacity.
3. Original imported copper pipes are used to make condensers
The condenser adopts copper pipes imported from abroad and processed into trapezoidal low rib pipes to enhance heat transfer capacity. The surface of the copper pipes is smooth, which reduces water pressure and is easy to clean and maintain.
4. Powerful protective devices
The protection system devices include: compressor delay start protector, overload protector, high and low pressure protector, temperature control switch, antifreeze switch, fuse plug, electronic time protection safety valve, compressor overheat protector, compressor frequent start protector, and abnormal indicator light to ensure the normal operation of the unit.
5. Intelligent computer control system
The company has developed a highly intelligent PLC and PC level computer control system, which can be used for remote monitoring and control. It has multiple functions such as automatic loading and unloading, timed power on and off, and recording of fault causes; Easy to operate, connect the host to the power supply. Low failure rate, high safety factor, simple installation, system control can be adjusted in real time, intuitive and reliable.
6. Imported frozen accessories from abroad
All frozen accessories are selected from top global brands such as SPORLAN (Poland, USA), ALCO (Alco, USA), DANFOSS (Danfoss, Denmark), etc., with excellent performance, safety and environmental protection.
